The amount of videos I see on social media with Severance with Beyonce songs dubbed over, just crazy.

I know this award is a joke but the point is, she has cemented herself in history with the likes of Whitney and Lauryn. And on top of that she won an award for a genre that completely ridiculed and ex

this the first tour since FWT im curious to see what songs she will add to the setlist.

bc she can give us a full on country-western theme or something unexpected.

She's definitely going to give us something unexpected. Look at how effortlessly and seamlessly she blended My House into the halftime show

Severance? Do you mean that she prohibits the use of her music?

Well I can't understand the reason behind it. All AS reels, viral tweets were also removed.

i do want her to do something super left field as well

she should collaborate with solange and create a weird ass electronic album full of percussive analog sounds, strings, weird cooky synths and vowel sounds (harmonized to hell) to lounge to

Nah, a series on Apple TV that is seemingly popular.  People have made videos from the series to share on social media with her music playing overtop, especially from homecoming, as well as Diva, and RTW

She finally released a bunch of tickets held back in the last NYC show

I would love that. Solange is honestly so underrated. Bey gets all the shine but Solange is a great artist. I would love a collaborative soul-jazz album inspired by Sade.

Ive been obsessed with Eusexua as of yesterday and I couldn't help but notice that Bey did a very, VERY light approach to that type of music with Ghost/Haunted. To imagine Bey doing a deep dive into that a la Eusexua together with Solange, a WOW :jonny4:

Problem is: Bey has never experienced Rave culture to draw from it, and I mean FULLY experienced it how it should be experienced if you know what I mean lol.

It doesn't appear so, but you can tell there are a lot held back.

She was just doing her best impression of Jay on stage

Beyoncé doesn't strike me as a person who takes recreational drugs. She's worked so hard to achieve her success and is so serious about her career, I doubt she would be so reckless. Look at where the celebrities that take drugs end…

You should probably still be able to recognize proper nouns though

In the immediate years after the trilogy, I want the following (in any order):

A New Solo Album

Unlike some of y'all though, I don't really don't want any further explorations of genres that are extremely outside of her core mainstay (of R&B-Pop/Pop-R&B). Rennie, The Gift etc = all fine and actually encouraged in the future. CC (which I ironically love) = no, thanks.

At the moment, it's working amazingly and the trilogy concept overall is a huge blessing to her legacy and how her artistry will be received decades from now. HOWEVER, I don't want it to start feeling stunt-ish.

When I signed up to stan Bey, it was admittedly on the merit of her boldness and ability to bulldoze barriers, but sonically there was a consistent throughline in her output. So, much as I appreciate CC as a stellar standalone body of work, there's no denying it is not a conventional "Beyonce album". Put simply, I guess I'm saying that I'm not ready to embrace the idea of future releases being such left-leaning concept records. Especially when the reality is that her releases are "likely" to become fewer and further between as she starts focusing on her non-musical ventures.

So, my dream would be a contemporary spin on 4. Corely R&B, but with enough pepper, spice, and adventure (within the genre parameters) to offer up something that is both fresh and familiar. New and nostalgic. Something manages to offer up a lil something for everyone. 4 remains GOAT-ed IMO because it manages to fuse RTW, End of Time, Love On Top, I Was Here, Schoolin Life, I Care, Best Thing I Ever Had etc and STILL manages to be extremely cohesive.

Destiny's Child Reunion (Tour)

I have no idea why some corners of the Hive are so resistant to this. Beyond it being the perfect break for Bey's solo brand (rather than anything with Jay), the actual group slays and has (close to) as big of an installed fanbase as Bey solo (especially with the GP) for this to be a huge, monumental moment. I'm thinking more of a celebratory stadium tour than any new music. I wouldn't say no to another album, but the OCD in me would struggle to justify toggling with the super neat narrative of Destiny Fulfilled being their musical swansong.

Collab Projects

Interesting ones this time lol.

The Jay ventures made sense when they did but it's clear the public at large has Carters' fatigue musically.

Like someone above said, a mini-project with Solange would be epic. I generally haven't cared all that much for her work with Kendrick, but a mini-set with him could yield something decent (and deliver commercially too). Bruno (which I have been gagging for) or Rihanna too (not a fan per se, but the world would shake). Collabs with such acts would avoid the pitfall so many megastar collabs experience in that a project offsets the pressure on any ONE song to deliver).

I've entertained the thought that she may microdose with psychedelic's when it comes to performing. I don't actually believe it, but it's just bc of how incredible her stamina is. I've microdosed and ran miles without feeling as strained or exhausted as I would without them. You kind of feel invincible and light as a feather when you take them and that's when the thought came across my mind when it came to Beyoncé as a performer.

I agree, although we know she has smoked weed as she was caught on video lol
