I don't know, I think she did attend last year expecting a (widely-predicted) AOTY win. The thing that tips me off is her changing out of the Gucci gown she arrived/accepted the Dance Album award into a beautiful Schiaperelli gown mid-show. 

 

But yes, the last three winners have all been stinkers. Planet Her - Renaissance - SOS could have been the winners if the Grammys didn't hate Black women.

Stockholm probably took 12 hours and she said I'm not doing that again. I was actually baffled by her hair when she came strutting down Club Rennie. I saw it with my own eyes.

 

Plus she had the worst outfits in Vegas, double homicide. 

tbh if she play her cards right this could be Fenty Beauty level success.
