Her MSG show was sold out in minutes omg I was struggling to get tickets. Also, she need a base thread!!

She always has some mediocre songs here and there even from the begining of her career, but because she positioned herself as an entertainer, it's easy to look pass it. For me, her first weak project was Reputation, not because of the lyrics itself (even though some of them are really weak), but because i feel like there's something disconnected between what happened and her perception of what happened, like she didnt fully grasp it and came off very juvenile in her thinking on the record. Its just after folklore/evermore, knowing that she can be really good at her craft, everything comes after that becomes a disappointment.

You know its bad right now when people started to look back at this fondly it does have some good songs but they are drown out by the fillers, the lack of memorable melody and production and some of her writing here can be very juvenile.

Personally, id love to hear Doja and Megan on this because they would sound so good with this beat!!!! But they can also help broaden thr audience. Getting a rapper on this song would help get it played on Rhythmic/Urban stations and playlists which could give the song leg. If her team play their cards right I could see this song dominating throughout the winter going into next year

I just checked her out for the very first time and wow she ATE bad a lot of this reminds me of Charli, Kim Petra era 2017-2019 with a lot of nostalgic bits from pop music of different eras. She really did her homework on this album

Just becaue the recurrent stream is bad doesnt mean the song is forgotten. I believed i havent listened to Music in years but i still know that the song was huge back in the day, and if it randomly plays at a party i know that my friends will still go off to it.
