This is good for her ultimately.  And speaking of media hate, ALL legends have endured it.  From Whitneys drugs to Michaels court cases.  You either die a hero or live long enough to become a villain.

I dont understand why some are losing it now when the tour begins next week.  Was it her absence at the MET Gala that did it? lol The problem in this social media age is many are focused on the wrong things. Yeah it's sad that we still dont get the visuals and yes the era has been a total let down but a world tour is about to start, we are about to see her perform live for months!!! Let's be patient a little more and enjoy that. It's going to be a nice summer and if she releases some videos during the tour then cool, if not i'm sure we will have many good moments to celebrate during this tour. The music still sounds so fresh and good, and that's all that matters. People can do whatever they want in that industry, not one of them can produce an album like Renaissance.

Bey just needs to do what she did during the 2016 era. At least she gave singles and performances. She has the most hit focused and accessible music shes done in over a decade but has done everything to to push the GP and diehards away from it.

Like you’re talking about the singles she kept off streaming after she expected her fans to go support her cheating husbands business endeavor (Tidal) after outing him as said cheater on the album. It was giving Stockholm syndrome and people deemed it a publicity stunt. Then came the more political/unapologetically black theme that followed, which was good on her to reflect on, but it just added onto the polarization (that ultimately triggered her to be even more resentful towards the public). Like she did come back and do her little campaign for The Gift/TLK just for for black people in particular to complain/dismiss it (more particularly West Africans). It was all just added resentment for her to take note of despite how stunningly beautiful these efforts were. With all of that in mind, you could she why she feels inclined to give us nothing more then what’s the bare minimum today. She’s taken a lot of incredible risks just to receive nothing but flack for all of it.

I think they also came up with this lie to protect Solange who was obviously going through some real stuff back then and they didn't want the media to label her ''crazy'' so they gave people what they wanted: a cheating scandal.  I definitely think that didn't help their case but even without this stunt, people would be accusing Jay of cheating or even Bey. People just will never accept two black powerful entertainers united together forever. It just will always bother some people. That's not Bey's business, people will think whatever they want. What i think Bey is tired of is definitely having to smile and participate in this circus called fame. She said it many times on her projects: She does not give a damn about being famous. She is not thirsty about a damn thing and she wants to be left alone. At 40, she has the right to say leave the hell alone!  She gave the music and the tour is coming. I was never asking for much compared to some of the others here. But it is already obvious her family will always be the number 1 priority with privacy being extremely sacred to her, but she still has her fame driven tendencies like the exclusive, celebrity only invite bday party she had last year. She very much enjoys being a celebrity among celebrities more than some of y’all are suggesting. It’s the public she resents.

If true the jokes on Bey. Cause she lost a bit of respect with the GP after playing up being a girl boss with a rapper who is considered unattractive but very succesful and seemingly a changed man because Bey is just so "perfect" enough to do that for. Unfortunately in a sexist society she took alot of heat for "getting cheated on". And too many parallels were drawn between this and what Beys mama went through. The joke didn't land. 

 

And don't get me started on Solange... Bey is forever cursed with being blamed for evey offense Solange AND Kelly commit for obvious reasons. 

 

If Bey wants to be left alone, stop dropping albums you don't want to push and stop trying to sell out stadiums so you can brag about the cash to Forbes. Cause if she tries to tour off the Gift type records or records she deliberately suppresses like Renaissance, she WILL take a hit. And yall won't get it until that happens it seems.

No she is not stuck at home. She is focused on things that matter. She wont be that mom that her grown kids will resent because she put music first before sharing special memories with them. The twins are in school now and must also have other stuff going on like sports or other hobbies, they are growing up. Beyoncé of course still loves music and does her work but she doesn't have to be ashamed to drop work for an entire week to spend with her kids, watching them enjoy their little activities, dropping them off somewhere to go play with friends. I mean normal stuff people do. She wont leave that on the damn nannies while she works like a slave to please some people. It is not where Bey is in her life anymore. Just accept that and move on.
