it’s giving that thebeyhivetea page who whined about being called a liar every 2 days when all of his receipts were just random delusions and he deactivated after the album came out because (obviously) none of his "tea" came true :rip:

TheBeyHiveTeam were absolutely right about everything regarding Lemonade tho. They gave us the title, the date, info about the film and the "lemon project" working title for everything. I dm'd Melo X about the lemon project thing and several other questions and he screenshot my message everytime it was right.

We have always wondered about the release strategy for the other 2 Acts and said it wouldn’t make sense for Bey to do a separate tour for them. I have always said I can see Act II being released before or during the tour. Maybe Act II will indeed come before the tour and Act III will be released during the tour. That would make sense if the Renaissance World Tour will cover all of the Acts.

I mean at this point I feel like no one will ever touch Beyonces performing abilities. We should really be grateful we get to experience all of her talent live. :jonny:

When it comes to SB, my ranking goes:

1.) Bey

2.) Shakira+Jlo

3.) Gaga

tho i hope they ask Bey back in like 4 years or so to do another round of SB with an updated setlist. I feel like shed do it so much better if she were to do it again  :jonny5:

A SBHT performance with just music from the three acts in 2025 would be amazing :jonny4:

She definitely would do better, which is outrageous since it already is that good...It's crazy how in the past 10 years she's managed to continue to upgrade and improve on something already quite perfect.

I'd love another Super Bowl.

If it were to ever happen, I see it being way into the future. A combination of being too close to her earlier stints (which themselves are only three years apart) and her being very much still in her prime makes me feel there actually wouldn't be a whole heap of benefit to doing it anytime soon.

If she does it now the whole thing will be overshadowed by "She's already done it twice!" and "Jay Z is just giving his wife the Super Bowl"

She doesn't really need it anymore

Agreed. However, she does deserve a 2nd Glastonbury set!

Honestly, who cares?

Yeah, she will get those comments for months (mostly from atrl/twitter gays, GP don’t really care). But once the show actually happens nobody would be able to complain, as always. And it’s already been 10 years since her solo super bowl. performance. It seems less than that because hers was memorable, but it’s actually a lot of time.

Is Cuff It (Wetter Remix) being played on Urban Radio. Can anyone post the stats?

@ShouldersSideways said in another thread that Bey fired Frank Gatson before Lemonade and now he's mad at her... is this true? can you or someone elaborate on that? I am curious.

it must suck to be in Beyoncé's position where you always want to grow but always want to keep your talented team close, and parting ways will inevitably create hurt feelings on the part of the people being let go.

but there really is a noticeable shift from the performances pre- and post-Lemonade and for the better (at least in this part of her career). She's doing fresher things, but also with more maturity. I think that with Frank he brought her a lot of CLASSIC references and she loved this because she also loves classics and in her younger days this helped establish her performances skills in a way that aligned her to previous greatness (Sweet Charity, Bob Fosse, Chicago, etc.) but post-Lemonade she's been far more contemporary minded, less about like... schmaltzy broadway-esque setups and more emotive artistic stuff.

Anyway lol...

Yes I say who cares too!

Why shouldn't the performer of our entire generation (and maybe the next) be asked to do it three times? Justin Timberlake has performed at the Halftime Show three times and I have not heard a complaint about the amount of times he's performed (just that he's performed lol).

But FOR SURE the haters would be hating HARD if she was announced as a Super Bowl performer again. It would be iconic though, especially given the last time she performed (solo) she had not released her most acclaimed and celebrated works and has actually released more material since than she had before (including The Gift and Everything is Love)

If it is, it isn't overcoming the small radio losses

My ideal setlist for Beyoncé's Half-Time Show 3.0 (using only songs out at this moment):

  1. Drunk in Love instrumental, intense build up...her flaming silhouette appears again (because it's iconic and self-referential) but this time it's bigger, more flames, more sparkle, MORE SILLHOUETTES APPEAR.... stages rise with fake Beyoncé's (think IAWT BABY BOY moment) then BAM...lights out.... all silhouettes disappear and the ONE Beyoncé is left in the middle, spotlight on her...
  2. [Acapella] "You won't break my sooooul. You won't break my SOoOooOOOoul. I'm telling everybody... EVERY body. I'm telling everybody... SUPER DOME [bc where else?] ARE YOU READY?"
  3. PARTITION beat starts...the stage suddenly shifts from the 2013 reference it starts at, unfolding and new platforms revealing itself... the old platforms we saw at the start with the fake beyoncé's remain, now with dancers on each one ... in a few seconds it becomes a full CLUB RENAISSANCE
  4. ALIEN SUPERSTAR dance break as a legion of finely dressed queers take the stage, parading around proudly...Beyoncé centre stage on a rising platform singing along when the music cuts and:
  5. CUFF IT instrumental dance, followed by 2 minute performance of the song)
  6. !!! SIRENS !!! ALL THE LIGHTS IN THE HOUSE GO ON, BUT RED... and then three lights cut to white on one of the many platforms: BEYONCÉ, Jay-Z, and Megan...Jay and Megan were there all along, we just didn't notice.
  7. APESHIT / SAVAGE (remix) mashup. The stage is now completely empty but for the three performers. Megan and Bey tag-team the iconic APESHIT rap-bridge, Megan adds some new lines into it... Jay bops around... then him and Megan descend back down in the rising platforms while every other platform now has
  8. Formation instrumental... beep beep, BOOP, beep beep, BOOP... she sings the opening verse and then the production flawlessly cuts into ***FLAWLESS mashed up with the Sorry beat and the queers return, bopping and Beyoncé serving entirely new choreography for the song
  9. The lights cut out...."Uishi kwa muda mrefu mfalme" Gospel choir comes out, holds hands with the queers... SPIRIT is on, huge, grandiose fireworks display in the sky...at the end....BAM
  10. Drunk in Love instrumental and she begins singing the Dubai run, but this time more, longer, crazier vocal acrobatics...the show is about to end and she is gonna end it on a HIGH NOTE... she does..... the lights go low and then back up to all spotlight on Beyoncé...she is glowing, smiling, waving, thanking God...

I say this is "ideal" but literally just typed it out as it came to me I'm sure there are flaws in the plan, yet if anyone criticizes it I will still say there are NO FLAWS IN THIS!!!!!

Yep. They were legit.

They also knew about country & rock genres being on the album.
