I highly doubt she would, as she really only deals in prestige and "top-of-its-class" brands... HBO, Disney+, Tiffany's, The Atlantis Dubai, ... even Netflix for all it's genericness is THE icon of streaming platforms.

 

 

The fact that I've purchased four Madonna tickets in the last 24 hours but zero Beyonce tickets since 2016

 

I'm sorry for being optimistic-hive but this wait is kinda exciting I mean what other era can you think of that had this much anticipation and hopeful delivery 6 months later? Other eras are onto their third single, fizzling out in excitement and either trying desperately to continue the hits (if they had them) or accepting that it's 6 months later in the streaming era and people are less focused on it.

 

I know the wait has been agonizing people. I know it'd have been more fun along the way to have content to guide us. But the music is great, we know something is coming. And then more and more. I duno there's just something very iconic about her behaviour here, even if it's not "likeable" to the Hive, the fact that this is what's going on is legendary behaviour like WHO does this? Has any post-MTV-era mainstream pop artist EVER led an era without a single music video? I can't think of any unless it's a side project and even then, most of the side-projects I can think of have had one in some form.

It's something about her mastery of "hype".

 

She did it in 2013 by doing everything but release what everyone thought was a surely-soon-to-be-delivered work. And here she's managed to retain the "she hasn't released an album in six years" hype even after releasing an album six months ago. There's something interesting to be said about this, even if it's incredibly frustrating to fans (and the public?).

I don’t think Beyoncé is going back to that Matthew knowles type of career management, I mean sis even pointed it out in his own thread the other day ever since she had blue she’s been on a different type of time. So i don’t get why he was in here crying about it every day, it’s 2023 how are you not over it? The jokes stopped being funny months ago, it’s been 5 months since her lil troll teasers. I understand what you mean, I guess I just am not so bothered in the interim so the excitement is still there even if there's no real focal point to it.
