I think the wait is almost over, at least, but to say this has been exciting isn't true for me. I've not been mad, but I've also not been hyped since, like... the teaser for the visuals

I read an article from a local newspaper that her show will end with a state of the art fireworks display (put on by the hotel) at around 9:45pm.  So, I’m assuming that the stage must be somewhat outdoors.

Um Spirit seems very well catered to the Dubai audience. Are any of you familiar with Arab pop? They love a good stand-there-and-sing ballad.

 

But anyway she could just be playing ANY song to get a sense of the sound... like this is the studio track anyway it's not like it's her there rehearsing.

The rumor was that her set was going to be one hour. The truth is that she's just singing Spirit. There's your hour.

Also doing stuff from The Gift is an easy way to perform "new" (not performed) material while not having to do RENAISSANCE yet (saving it for the Grammys) while also getting used to doing newer music for the upcoming tour (?).

I’m sure she’s there rehearsing.  Freedom sounded 100% live.
