Yeah but her (along with Outkast and TLC) interludes were actual segways into a different track. Most of SZA's songs are only 2 mins. Energy is longer than most songs on this album

Likely, PTSD from the 2000’s.

I wonder if an announcement or something is coming this month since the next Ivy Park drop was pushed back until January 2023 (originally supposed to be released this month). The only other time an IVP drop was pushed back (that we know of) was this past summer due to the album release. This will be the first time IVP didn’t release a collection during the Fall season.

According to our reliable insider, the only pending announcement was for the tour and that was pushed to 2023. Unless the visuals are announced this month, nothing is coming this year.

But very proud of her for having such a big open a week she deserves success. Just wish these girls would stop comparing her to Beyoncé that’s all.

Thats fair and understandable.

 

The part that always gets me is when we (Hive) just be randomly negative to newer R&B artists. 
 

Its like we (Hive) be open to discussing and/or having this Black ass woman collab with Ed, Adele, etc. But when discussing artist that look like her or in the same genre field theres pushback or judgment lol.

I enjoy SZA's album, and from what I see people are giving Beyoncé props.

 

This is SZA's second album, she's in her moment and this is her era. Beyoncé is I'm her 40's with 3 kids and a 25 year career. She's past her prime and she's not going to be this huge commercial force anymore. She barely puts effort into her eras anyway.

 

Beyoncé has seen bigger first weeks both in DC and solo. It's not that deep.
