She should tour stadiums and a theatre or smaller venue in each country she visits. Stadiums for Renaissance and theatres for part 2/acoustic album. Only because I am greedy and I'd love to see her in a more intimate setting but don't see her going back from stadiums anytime soon.

If bey does small venues the tickets will be in the 1000s for the nose bleeds.

lets stick to the stadiums.

Pretty sure the "source" of the "theater" stuff is this CONFIRMED fake page. It's literally a mixed blend of fan fic, flat out lies, and scraps they've found from insiders on platforms like this or deumoix. Can we normalize not entertaining that page? Scroll through, nothing ever (EVER) happens as they say and when it does, it was pre-spilled by others.

...but if she's doing theaters (in the Madonna Madame X capacity), I really foresee her doing some kind of hybrid tour. Stadiums and limited theater run...possibly simultaneously.

I'll leave it to Parkwood to come up with the creative "angle", but it could easily be a case of Renaissance stadium tour + more intimate, "acoustic" material for theaters. Essentially a grander, more ambitious setup of what Gaga has going in Vegas (two simultaneous shows, one Pop one Jazz).

In terms of Bey being an innovator, envelope-pusher annndd wanting to not do what she's done before, this covers all that ground comfortably.

I'm curious, how did Single Ladies managed to win GRAMMYS Song Of The Year? It's like her worst song. "Halo" and "Irreplaceable" deserved at least Record Of The Year though. The B'day era was totally snubbed though :rip:

Her AOTY nominations so far:

• I Am...Sasha Fierce

• BEYONCÉ

• LEMONADE

• RENAISSANCE

All three of her recent releases were all nominated which is amazing and shows how respected she is now compared to DC-Bday era.

Ill tell u what it is: Money. Bey believes shes worth a certain amount of money to put her art somewhere, problem is we live in a energy and financial crisis. Companies and platforms wont pay the amount she wants them to pay and shes hella stubborn.

I dont know a lot of things about Bey anymore, but what is clear with her is: shes a capitalist and loves money and shes undoubtedly stubborn af to the point of driving people insane.

That wouldn't explain the delay either. There's a limited amount of streaming services; if none of them are able to pay her the money she wants she can either take it or not. Keeping the visuals won't make the price go higher. Actually it's quite the opposite.

New here, I've browsed for years and finally I'm an honorary member?? I'm just here to say I am absolutely at the end of my rope with Bey and I really just want the visuals/music videos/film or whatever form they take. The music has settled, I've marinated in it, I've sang it from the top of my lungs - yet here I am, still begging!!! ?

Welcome.

She is waiting for a moment when there isnt much going on in the entertainment world to have full attention on the visuals

Some weeks ago it was Taylor and Rihanna

Now its the WW cup

Then it will be Rihanna's comeback with R9 and the Super Bowl (January - Febuary 2023)

After that Doja's and Dua Lipa's comeback (March - June 2023)

Then Olivia, Billie Eilish and Taylor again (July - September 2023)

By this optimistic calculation the visuals are coming by the end of 2023 at the earliest

If this woman can perform in a stadium in France in the same day they played the WC final, she can drop visuals rn too. Don't piss me off, Giselle

If they really looked at BIK and thought that that rollout was brilliant and they were happy TG jumped to #2 1 year later due to that, then they are even more moronic than I thought :rip:

Do y'all think that she was betting on her 'keeping the visuals hidden' for so long would a much bigger mystery, anticipation and point of talk in the media or something?

Cause if she did well that didn't play out quite well :skull: It's mostly the stans who still care atp, and not even all of them nnn

It does feel like this was supposed to be the 'trick' for the era, like how the surprise release was for ST and the movie for Lem. There is absolutely NO LOGIC whatsoever in releasing a teaser and not release the actual thing for the next 6 months. Nothing going 'wrong' backstage would have delayed it for so long unless they lost all the footage somehow.

This was definitely done on purpose. Their plan has failed I fear.

The teaser video was probably just for the "I'm that girl merch collection " ???
Visual teaser to be released next year!

This era is a delaying mess but it’s ironically working out for her.

- Tour Black Friday announcement postponed? Annoying but with Ticketmaster literally being investigated in Congress as of yesterday, she is avoiding that PR nightmare :rip:

- Visuals not released? Well that’s annoying but ironically January would be the best time to debut a CUFF IT visual so she has that still in play to snag a top 5 :bird:

Hate when her sabotage ends up benefiting her, not due to her own genius, but due to outside factors

I'd actually prefer if she had a wide-streaming release instead of an exlcusive. That way, everyone can see it (as long as you subscribe to something....Netflix, AppleTV, Paramount+, Disney+, etc.) Not sure how that works legally lol, but this would be MY ideal... and if someone wants to pull a Target and be mad they didn't get the exclusive, well then that's on them to not have it.

I'd also love if the film was just on Youtube, so that views of it can actually contribute to sales. It's something I think Lemonade really missed out on...the fact that watching the film IS consuming the music just as a music video is...and for films that people watch and re-watch there is millions of streams not accounted for.

The “problem” with that is that youtube isn’t winning anything so there’s no promoting it on their end and Bey won’t promote it either. If Netflix or Prime got it they would at least promote in social media and have professionals create trailers/teasers for it, which is promotion for the album even if you don’t check the actual film.

I'm not sure it was Disney+'s promotion of Black is King that did more for The Gift re-charting than it was the actual film and the reaction to it, and I'd guess that if it wasn't locked up in Disney+, more people would have seen its brilliance and that would have translated to more long-lasting streams/sales than the few weeks Disney+ promoted it.

The only bad thing about YouTube is that it lacks a sense of prestige or specialness about it.

Anyway, Billboard SHOULD be counting music films on streaming platforms as streams...maybe that is the real issue. I'm not sure why YouTube counts but watching basically the same content on Netflix or HBO or Disney+ (all paid for by memebrs) make the streams exempt.

She…has enough of that. Music videos should be accessible by everyone. They should easily viewable anywhere in the world for as little cost as possible. The “prestige” of the last ten years has alienated her from much of the generation that grew up with her and is keeping the current one from getting to know her as they should. This album especially is the one that deserves (at this point, deserved) all the exposure Lemonade and Gift never got. Didn’t she call it a revolution of joy or some ****? Let everyone in on that this time. It won’t hurt.

This. It flat out needs to be accessible she’s already had the HBO film exclusivity thing and it only hurt in the long run bc nobody watched it. Like it’s not even on HBO max :jonny4:

No long form content is going anywhere on YouTube. One because YouTube doesn't pay much, two because 95% of films depend on discovery on platforms where people are looking to watch hour long content. Youtube is not that platform. 100s of millions open up Netflix/Amazon etc in the evening and weeks, looking to get lost in cinema, these platforms are the only way she's reaching beyond the Beyhive

but honestly..... why is she and her team so silent... like is been 4 MONTHS.... like what's the point of all of this?

HBO did not exist outside the US when she released things there tho.

Honestly, the only sliver of delusion I have left for this era is thinking Beyoncé could be the main performer on a televised New Years Eve Countdown Special. Between the disco theme and lyrics like “Poppin' our pain and champagne through the ceilin” it has all the right qualities to make for an iconic New Years spectacle. Then she could just follow up with a tour announcement/visual drop from there just before sweeping up at the Grammys.

Well can they go put them back on there? Or can she get the streaming rights and put it up somewhere? :bloo:

It did, it just wasn't called HBO Max but HBO Go for most markets. And Lemonade was accessible for a while at various international HBO on-demand platforms, but it never returned.
