So I work in staffing industry here in Houston - we had a meeting with NRG to go over possibly staffing their upcoming events for the next calendar year.

The GM brought up the upcoming events and he mentioned that Beyonce is slated to perform in September 2023 - its not set in stone yet but he mentioned thats the tentative date.

 

Just wanted to give you guys a little bit of tea.

Y'all, not going to lie, I feel some type of way.

 

Why is it that Beyonce  who is veteran to the industry, and has sold an insurmountable amount of records, with an unparalleled amount of talent amongst her peers and younger, still seems like the underdog?  The quality of Renaissance is wild, and even more so when comparing it to other big artist albums, but now her project will be eclipsed for the remainder of the year, and probably next, including when she releases her visuals.  I think she missed the moment, unfortunately.
