But that's what I am saying, her pure sales' showing is not good, she used to be strong on that metric, her streaming is so so but it's still the metric that amounts to more than 90% of her total most weeks, pure sales don't even amount to 7% of her total some weeks and she's pulling less pure than some albums that have been out longer or even Harry's who released before her and whose fans are from the streaming era. 

She prioritized pure with Lemonade but then abandoned the CDs format with Homecoming and TG. And now the CDs are barely available, the vinyls took more than 2 months, which lessens even more her strength. 

 

Anyway, pure sales are dying so at least her streaming is enough for top 10 for now.

There's no flip-flopping in my post, where did I say she shouldn't push streaming? It's not as if I haven't been a complete vocal advocate of streaming while also begging for CDs, vinyls, cassettes and bundling her tour tickets with CDs. Or begging for The Gift's and Homecoming CDs in this thread to add to my collection. Both ways of consumption matter. 

 

An observation is also not an argument. 

 

Maybe the problem is that bar the need to fight, attack and defend Beyoncé at all cost, you don't bother to actually  understand what you read.

That's another reason why I really hope she only tours Ren for the next tour. Maybe on a misunderstanding, FYWB could make it.

My dream setlist would fix all her problems but we all know she will be performing mashups of other people’s songs instead 

 

2 hours setlist:

- one hour for the entirety of Renaissance 

- 40min of classics

- FWYB, ALREADY, BIGGER, SAVAGE, Before I Let Go, maybe throw a DC song in there

FYWB would easily fit on Renaissance.  I definitely need to see how she incorporates it in the tour, I can't imagine she wont perform it.

My friend wants to watch Lemonade for the first time but there's literally no streaming service in the UK you can watch it on other than Tidal....

Lemonade is the one project where I think the visuals in full are so key to the experience. Imo its still her magnum opus in terms of a full creative endeavour, and its locked away in the basement being completely forgotten and never to be discovered by new generations

Personally my ideal strategy for Bey is that music is widely available on streaming upon release, but access to the full visual film requires a purchase of a digital/physical album. 
 

The MVs for singles are posted publicly, but feature ads for the full project at the end. 
 

There are a lot of people who wouldn’t pay for a box set who would pay to see the full visual film.

If she’s doing a film it needs to be more easily accessible than being locked away on a specific streaming service imo. It’s an integral part of the whole experience of the music with her every single time everyone needs to see her art
