i have my issues with the quality of taylor's actual music - and what she's gotten away with when compared to other artists, but i don't think this is actually her fault. she's tried her darndest. i suspect that she's over herself, so to speak. the issue is that there is little diversity when it comes to actual physical sales. buy more music; get better music. it's that simple.

she'll likely deliver if she's quoting erykah badu in her instagram post. be patient.
