I like some of the songs on the album (Ophelia, Opalite, Wi$h Li$t, Wood) but for an artist in her caliber this is.... not good

The Fate of Ophelia and Ruin The Friendship are both too good for this wack album

There's 6 good songs on it between the standard and deluxe, but no career highlight. And there are 5 of the worst songs in her catalogue. So a very disappointing album for someone as talented as Taylor.

Ultimately, it's fine that she just released a head-empty album. She would have at some point anyway, like any artist. I'm just glad she got it out of her system before TS13.

Some people exaggerate how bad it is but it was a big disappointment and very bad for Taylor's standards. Artistically, it felt like a step backwards and honestly represents the superficiality of her brand in Kelce era. On the plus side, the first 4 songs were all good but then it dived off a cliff except for Ruin the Friendship. None of the songs were 10/10. The Fate of Ophelia is the best song so at least she can recognise a bop.

She really could have kept that. It's a stain on her discography. She could have returned at this time, this year with something actually worth releasing. A glaring career low that deserves the lashings it gets. (Ophelia isn't a great song, either. Never was.)

It's not as bas as some critics and atrl users like to present it! Taylor hasn't got an actual BAD album in her discography! Maybe subpar of her capabilities! I think it's her Joanne!
