It'll be close, and it's not guaranteed. You have to remember Billie had a smaller partial day, but also had 3 less tracks. If her average streams per track follow the same ratio of "partial day to 1st day" streams as Billie's did (x15 multiplier) that puts Olivia right at a 67m debut.

SOUR was massive, but she's still very-far behind Taylor commercially and critically. Billie actually has acclaim and lucrative awards that Taylor has been chasing and can't get (Oscar, SOTY x2, ROTY x2, etc.) Billie is the megastar who actually makes Taylor sweat in a tangible way

From my experience, the inverse seems to be true. Katy fans seem to like her for her campiness, hits, and aesthetics, but normally don't consider her to be a vocalist. Whereas the navy seem to have convinced themselves Rihanna can actually sing due to the vma medley, VSFS, and BBMA perormance, when the truth is that girl would not make it past round 2 on any show (and before you deflect, neither would Taylor and i literally don't care)

This is not a "Random" performance though, its 1 of 3 good vocal performances she has across her whole career. She actually got torn to shreds for how bad she sounded during the hiphop set during that same exact VMA ceremony (I was in the trenches defending her in 2016). This performance is excellent and washes Katy, but Katy is a more consistent vocalist across the board imo.
