Tyla - "IS IT LOVE"

Featured Replies

This is such a weak song chick3

Imagine opening your album with this basic track….lyrics are child's play….production is basic and the vocal styling is really generic and repetitive.

Makes me think more and more that she really can't sing like that and can only hold a note to be on key.

She has 4 songs released on her sophomore album and they legit cannot stand with the weaker tracks on her debut album….

To have a song "Is It" on your album and another called "Is It Love" is a bit... uninspired, ngl

"Push 2 Start" should've been more massive and a pivotal moment in her career IMO. But she released it in the Fall, just before the freeze, for whatever reason, then the remix came out way too late an

It sounds very much like a Rihanna song and maybe coz I miss hearing her, it's really why I like this alot.

The lashings omg

I thought it was cute. Idk why it's the album opener or a single, but I think it's a nice little album track. Kinda gives deluxe track but it's a perfectly serviceable song.

Still perched for the album!

There was a brief window after water first blew up where she was everywhere and it looked like her team knew what they were doing. Since then it's been miss after miss with singles and promo.

This is a critical moment in her album campaign. None of the singles connected. This is when she needs something inevitable that can turn things around. And yet she released a forgettable album track. It's such a shame because her career has panned out very differently than it seemed to be headed in 2023.

For sure its a cute song but wtf are they thinking releasing this a the last single before release

I mean, the album isn't out for a month. It wouldn't surprise me if we don't get at least one more pre-release track.

This is a miss

Very odd she fumbles this sound because the slower songs on her debut were stellar. This is giving song on a soundtrack for some mainstream drama movie.

Is It was much better but wait what happened to that ballad she released. Forgot its name but in the video she's on a swing like the one Rihanna is on the Only Girl video?

Bliss ? That was on a EP it's not on the Album.

Yes that. I mean it wasn't groundbreaking either but it was a lot cuter than the most recent singles

it sounds like a more generic version of a rihanna song if Camila was singing it. at least she served in the video.
