Aaliyah's self-titled masterpiece album turns 25 years old today
One of the most iconic albums of all time. Rock The Boat, Try Again, More Than A Woman and Erica Kane are in heavy rotation on my Spotify playlist.

HDD: #1 Madonna 126.7K
Those numbers are incredibly impressive for Madonna. She'll always be the Queen of Pop. There's no doubt about that. Hopefully she can pull through and get that #1. It would be absolutely deserved for delivering so much quality and depth in her music more than 40+ years into her career.

Ariana Grande - "hate that i made you love me"
US Arianators better stream harder. Early predictions have it at #11, but it's tied with #10 in points (both have 149 points). It was just about to match WCBF's weeks in the Top 10 (6 weeks) on the H100.

Nicki Minaj attends Trump's event at the White House
At first, I thought she was trolling, but this whole shtick has become so embarrassing. I honestly have no words for her anymore.

Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce invited Amentum executive and ICE contractor Steve J.
She always came across as fishy and is probably supportive of the whole MAGA cult, despite trying to convince the world otherwise. I never believed her for a second. She just doesn't seem like a good person.

Shakira & Burna Boy - "Dai Dai" (2026 FIFA World Cup)
I never had any doubt this would smash. It's just too catchy and Shakira already succeeded once with a FIFA anthem. Also the World Cup is a huge event. Now we just need to see it climbing the US charts. The fact that it debuted and is already predicted to climb even higher is a great sign!

Hot 100 | Midweek predictions (7/18): Texas #1 (x13), IKIIKY #2, ICLYA #4, Dracula #5
how did ICLYA move up from #10 to #4 in their same early predicitions chart?

Madonna - 'CONFESSIONS II'
I'm on my first listen now and Read My Lips is such an instant classic to me! Love Sensation and Love Without Words also have that classic Madonna vibe going on. This album is a solid body of work. The dance-pop on here is definitely more digestible than on her previous albums (Madame X and Rebel Heart) and feels like a significant upgrade in quality. I'm crossing my fingers that this album continus to get great reviews and has a strong debut on the charts everywhere. It's what the Queen of Pop deserves!!!

Alok, Jennifer Lopez - "Everything's Fine"
This is so good, especially the PM version.
-
Ariana Grande - "hate that i made you love me"
Mess...not Billie Jean and Justin Bieber pushing it down to #4. The day Olivia finally gives up the top spot, Michael takes it right back just like that.

Ariana Grande: The Eternal Sunshine Tour
Queen J-Lo just attended the tour as well!
-
Tyla - "IS IT LOVE"
I thought this was cute on first listen, but it's grown on me a lot since then.
-
Ariana Grande - 'petal'
I like the titles. They're interesting. I also love the fact that she's potentially having an interlude again. I think they're an interesting element to add to an album (Christina's interludes and short intros on Stripped made me appreciate and enjoy them on albums a lot more). However, only Freak gives me uptempo and/or banger vibes like positions, the boy is mine and so on. I hope I'm wrong, but I had a feeling the first time I saw the cover that there wouldn't be any fast, uptempo tracks or bangers on this album. Instead it feels like it'll be more moody and slow-paced.

Tyla - "IS IT LOVE"
This is a cute song. I bet there are other songs on the album that are more single-worthy, but it's still a very nice track. I can't wait for the album!!!

Chlöe & Timbaland - 'Resurrection'
I just finished my first listen. These were the highlights for me: On Your Own Hold It Main Attraction Believer Jittery This is a really good body of work. The production is top notch, and you can immediately tell that Timbaland still hasn't lost his touch.
