She's honestly a streaming monster if we're being real; with only 2 mega hits to her name, she's about to reach 20 billion streams.

Her biggest market is Australia and NZ in terms of chart performance. SCTW is top 15 currently in both. Obviously it's the US in terms of the proportion of her streams/sales coming from there, but this is true for virtually every pop girl. So it's not really a situation of being local to North America. SCTW was actually the first time she did better in US than Europe.

SCTW has 13 songs with over 100m streams. But ATRL told me she has no fanbase, so how is this possible?

This, people, forget that she was a very popular Disney star with Girl Meets World, and did a couple of popular YA films - The Hate U Give, Tall Girl, and Work It. She already had a huge following and name recognition. She just needed the right music/brand for the GP to view her as a pop girl and tune in. She had over 30m Instagram followers when Emails was released. Then when she started getting traction with nonsense/feather, she got the biggest platform in modern music with the Eras Tour and Taylor co-sign. It's hard to imagine anyone not gaining a huge fanbase under those same conditions.
