This is very good but Tyla girl,this is not what you need to drum up hype ,a song like this takes months to build up and catch on

WHERE IS THE SONG FROM THE ALBUM SNIPPET VIDEO. That song had energy and was fire and different

i dont get abandoning SDIA for another mid-tempo that won't move the needle. SDIA sitting at 500k videos on tiktok and she didn't do a lick of promo to capitalize off that and push it further

while this is a cute album track, i desperately need her to work with a new vocal producer. the track has the same problem of SDIA (and most of her tracks) where it goes literally no where new / interesting vocally

Getting the vibe that she's surrounded by yes-men because what was the point of releasing this? The label needs to intervene because why does she insist on releasing these monotone mid-tempo songs? At least do some heavy promo but she refuses to do that too!

Honestly, this is boring and will flop. Just like the album. She and her team will have to realize soon that she is not this international superstar that can drop subpar music, disappear and still smash. I'm not sure what it is, but it comes off as incredibly lazy and devoid of ambition. Does she even have a fan base?

This song is good. But yes, SDIA should have absolutely been pushed further. It happens with every release. Jump, Truth or Dare, Push 2 Start, and Chanel have all been just forgotten. I really don't think it's her, there's only so much you can do on social media but it is what it is.

Regarding IS IT LOVE, at (least) this song has adlibs in the final chorus. It has been one of my biggest small nitpicks with her songs. A lot of the times they'll just copy and paste the first chorus, so it's good to have some dynamism here. Amapiano is very vibe-y in music with not a lot of changes in the format so I've accepted that long ago. Her most dynamic song is To Last tbh.

Any time a good single gets people excited for her, she fucks it up by either letting it die or the followup single ruins it. Bestcase scenario something from the album gets hype. Worst and more likely scenario, her next project will get cursed and suffer all cause she and her team can't and don't know how to make a popstar.
