I feel like they probably rushed this out after seeing how much of an utter failure Lizzo's campaign was and remembered that summer is right around the corner so its best to start the era asap.

The song was a cute re-introduction but too short and one-note to leave an actual lasting impact or impression on listeners + fans alike imo... Hopefully the next single has some actual memorable hooks that can easily slot in to some summer party playlists.
