I think you're right. It doesn't make sense for her to release a second single so close to the first one. But at the same time, I think it's safe to say that drop dead is not gonna be a hit like driver's license or vampire. So her second single needs to be "the single", otherwise the album might flop a little bit (even though we know it's still gonna make a lot of noise when it drops).
