In your subjective opinion, do you consider Taylor Swift a good singer? She's no powerhouse vocalist but that doesn't mean she's not good. What do you think bird?

  • Her studio vocals improved a lot. She used to be literally off key on most of her songs on her early albums. Her voice definitely suits her music though and is great for conveying the message/emotions

  • grandes vestidos, hermosos vestidos…

  • She sings? I thought she wrote or whatever

I mean... she's gotten better but she's never been a strong vocalist. That said - I enjoy her voice.

I find her to be a pretty dismal vocalist, and I say that as someone who doesn't necessarily think you need to have a lot of range in order to be a great singer or even a good voice to be a good artist.

That being said, there are tons of girls that can't carry a tune with stans on this very website, so unless you specifically stan vocalists, I don't really think you have a dog in this fight.

Not me kind of defending TS! An Xmas miracle!

I think the only talent she possesses is her business acumen. At some point she could have improved as a vocalist had she dedicated her time to vocal lessons (like Rihanna) , but it's too late now.

No but you don't necessarily need to have vocal talent to be emotive on a song.

I recently skipped through that Eras tour movie on Disney+. Imma keep it cute and just say I voted no.

She's talentless and pretty useless to music. She's destroyed the industry with her greed and cheap ways.giraffe

She's a decent-to-good singer depending on the material. She's decent enough for pop and that's fine, as history has proven you don't need to be a strong vocalist to be a pop star. However, I would consider her a good vocalist for folk/alt/country, as that's where her vocals have really shined, especially as they've matured. The performance of Evermore in summer 2024 in Cincinnati on the Eras Tour is proof of that—it might be the best vocal performance she's ever given.

No but being a vocalist isn't Taylor's forte anyways. Its in the way she brands herself.

Quite literally the only thing that woman is good at is draining her fans' bank accounts.
