She ranks at #27 in terms of weekly gains, just below Olivia Rodrigo.

We don't pay much attention to this metric, though it's much more relevant than monthly Spotify listeners. I just realized Chartmasters has a tool for tracking it. I vaguely remember pre-Mayhem Gaga was below Beyoncé and near Katy Perry, who currently rank at #39 (57k weekly)  and #48 (+92k weekly), respectively.

It's also noteworthy that she's outpacing 17 artists above her, including Dua Lipa (43k weekly), Post Malone (37k), Ed Sheeran (189k), and Rihanna (171k). These have all been streaming behemoths at one point or another, and now Gaga is outperforming them. She's definitely going to continue climbing on this list, especially if the DVWP2 songs have some success.

I wish we'd kept track of these numbers, because I think her growth in the past couple of years has been stratospheric. It also suggests that her streaming success could actually translate to a larger engaged audience for her next era, because followers suggest more investment than just passively listening to playlists.
