i feel like miley has been trying this for years and it hasnt really stuck so I dont think it would work for Gaga tbh. I think part of the issue is soft rock doesnt appeal to younger audiences and it doesnt offer much in terms of fashion or looks unless its like larping stevie nicks or something. If Gaga were to do something that is a harder sound or rock-adjacent, I think a more indie-sleaze leaning sound would work better, something like Heavy Cross by Gossip
