Gaga has become a bit of a perfectionist like her stopping the show to get things right and it seems rehearsals are extremely important to her, not that it wasn't before but maybe she just didn't have as much time. Nowadays you don't have to promote as much so I guess it allows time to perfect the craft. She did say she wanted people saying she's gotten better over the years and the hard work really shows.

No matter how long it takes, I don't want her to feel rushed and like she has to explain herself again.

You are definitely right, yeah. TMB film could also be a documentary like Taylor's. Maybe she has been recording the sessions for LG8 while on tour and it will be an episodic documentary on D+, HBO, etc

While no release date is set, the film is expected to be released later this year after being snapped up by streaming bosses following a fierce bidding war.

It's not the first time Gaga and Sam have worked together.

They previously teamed up on Gaga's 2024 Chromaica Ball HBO special which documented her 2022 stadium tour of the same name.

"The show will be filmed across her four dates in Los Angeles and is pencilled in for release late 2026."

The Sun understands Sam is joining the creative team headed up by the superstar.

He will sit alongside Gaga's fiance Michael Polansky, 42, and her choreographer Parris Goebel, 34, who are also helping creatively manage the project.

This is like the one thing that was needed to close the era on a high note and put a nice bow to it. And then we still have Requiem as an intimate, deconstructed concert to prep us for LG8. What a huge triumph this entire era has been for her and for us.

MAYHEM truly feels like the first era since TFM where everything went/is going according to plans. Michael is goated

The article also has Disney+ and Netflix tags under it so either of the two would have gotten it, assuming the author has some inside info.

Agreed. Plus I will say Gaga is also part of it, she is in a very good headspace, and is healthier than ever (touch wood), so having Michael with her helps her a lot.
