I definitely think Gaga will use the Grammys to make a political statement just as she did last year, to maximize impact. If she doesn't, the disappointment is warranted, but we should wait until then.

This is the woman who gave up her platform for months for BLM during the peak of her era. She was the only one making a political statement last year as well iirc. She cares.

Chromatica instrumentals are pretty sleek, even if they lack Gaga's signature wildness. The lack of left-turns in the songwriting lets the album down when it could've been one of her best.

Her performance run at the Grammys is actually so tragic. All of her performances being dang covers or piano ballads what did we do to deserve this actually?

If she's going to make a statement let it JUST be a statement. A statement alone is powerful enough especially on a platform as large as the Grammys. Enough of these tired ass haggary covers already. I know this may sound insensitive but I'm tired of this woman having to play superhero at the Grammys already. Ask Taylor or Beyonce to do a tribute.

Yeah no need to perform a hag ballad cover that absolutely nobody will care about. But if she performs, I'm pretty sure it'll be Abracadabra. I think we're over the phase of her looking down at her catalogue as if it's not fit for serious performances.

I tried to make a point, but also have some fun, in my now useless thread about Gaga bringing up fans to join her dance on stage. Emphasis on to join her dance on stage. How was I supposed to know these OGH would carry their lack of culture and try to clown me, saying how X artist brought her fans on stage too. No evidence was posted, just artists (and Katy) bringing up fans just to say hi or whatever, not what OP says: making a segment specifically were the fan must do the choreo with the artist. I'm now part of the Clowned Liddo Echelon, and I'm so sorry I misrepresented us and want to make amends with my community.
