I think you guys take too much stock into the GD ballots because you guys are bored. Like, I get it, but they're a minuscule sample size, and frequently wrong. Didn't we hear she was in the lead from some of these tiny ballots last fall? Now she's way behind according to these. Point is, we won't know until Grammy night, it's very different from the Oscars because there really is no way to know unless its obvious, like Taylor and 1989 or whatever.

I had been listening to Mayhem in the gym and when Lovedrug came on I turned the volume up without realizing that the whole time the damn album had been blasting from my speakers and not my headphones

I agree with some people said. Chromatica doesn't go hard enough for her most hardcore fans to constantly stream that album and it feels very safe for her standards not too mention dance music simply isn't popular in the US. Plus if compared chromatica to future nestolgia for example which carried a lot disco songs even Dua dance pop song hellucinate didn't do as well as fans wanted it too do commercially despite being a fan favorite.
