I was researching out of curiosity, and as I suspected, Gaga has indeed switched publicists from The Lede Company to ID, which also consults for Warner Bros, and they mostly represent actors. I'm pleased she left them because I felt the Lede Company really never did anything for her, like they didn't do **** when she really needed it, like during ARTPOP. I think this switch happened during promo of the Joker bomb, as she showed up with an older woman accompanying her on the red carpet (her former publicist was some woman who always had a chopped outfit on and stank face). I think the new PR helped her navigate that disaster gracefully, though I think them promoting her as a pop star could use some work, that said, I feel you can tell a difference. Also, she's apparently got different PR in the UK (Adrian Read from Inside/Out).

Disease always gave 'stable' for its status as a flop lead non-ballad single. People think it's a good song and so it has a small following. As I said, it'll eventually go viral, it just needs to mature more.

For now, I believe it's going to hit 400m streams slightly faster than HMH
