I assume that's why Requiem is coming after the movie evidently. At minimum, the main single (SOAW) was crafted during her own personal MAYHEM journey.

I am thinking that Glamorous Life is the ballad she wrote for Mayhem that did not make the cut and she mentioned that she wanted to release it sometimes

Runway gives me more of an ARTPOP reject than Mayhem, tbh

Glamorous Life is a ballad that is up to standart to Mayhem unlike Blade Of Grass and The Beast. But it wouldn't fit on the album. It sounds really great, I hope it has some promo. I'm so excited to get the full HQ version.

That bridge is absolutely heavenly. The almost spoken soft vocals. The robotic voice after the chorus. It's everything.

That'd be a diabolical choice. No one wants a proper video for that garbage. Give it to the two actual listenable songs.

I'm sure 20 Century could give her a little time to record something while she did her scene for SOAW at least. Even if it's simple as a thank you.

I really wonder what was the strategy for releasing Runway on a random Thursday three weeks into the movie release and not doing any promo, performance, interviews or even TikToks or IG posts/reels. It was such a wasted opportunity. I bet if they tried just a little it would pick up.

It feels like such a non-event release. And now there are rumours of another single (SOAW) in the same week when they will start to promote Runway.

I don't get it at all.

It is already confirmed that she has a scene with Meryl Streep instead of the performance.

They wanted to use it in the final promo sprint of the movie. It's been in almost half of the trailers and promo clips since.

I wonder if SOAW will be serviced to radio stations or that was just a rumour from The Sun and the „era" starts and ends on Runway

It's been played all over the world in every ad for one of the biggest movies of the year - exposure is not the problem, people do not like this song. As we always said, far too gay for the GP.
