If you followed the same logic as Confessions II, you would probably end up picking IASF or Rennie. Either a commercial or creative peak. Or at the very least, pervasive and iconic culturally.

But if I had to pick one, I think I would choose B'Day.

Why? It's an album that never really got its flowers. It was before poptimism and the way it was marketed and promoted undervalued it.

Beyoncé has grown so much sonically since then, but she also thrives in sonic environments where she is encouraged to explore freedom and joy (à la Rennie). It would be cool to hear her go back to the funk, soul and rnb sonic world of B'Day, but levelled up, more mature and complex.

B'day sequel on her 50th birthday would be a collapse actually. But I don't think B'day 2 works as a project title we gotta be more creative.

Honestly Renaissance was Sasha Fierce fully realized. Almost everything I wanted from Sasha Fierce she did with Renny. (Except the music videos but let's not get into that)
