Yeah, I don't feel the verses at all. They don't flow that well. I actually only enjoy the hook and the synths but it feels so empty to me. Not cold like peak Robyn, just empty. 

it's amazing for an appetizer

It's weird, I want to say I don't really like it, but yet I can't stop playing it. I think it's disappointing in that after 8 years I wanted something fresher, and this very much sounds like Body Talk and her singles Do It Again and Missing You. No new ground treaded whatsoever. BUT it is a bop, and there's no denying Robyn has mastered this sound. 
 

I felt similarly when I heard Missing You — too similar to Body Talk and Do It Again (single) — but the album ended up being very different and fresh. So I'm confident the same will happen here and I'm enjoying this as a teaser.

I was disappointed at first but it has grown on me massively. 

 

Happy to see it's smashing in Sweden.  I didn't think it would be super appealing to the GP.

 

 

It's a bit basic to me and too familiar but hopefully it's just to get the mouth wet 

Its pretty meh, I was expecting more. 

 

Robyns best work is when she combines experimental with commercial like "with every heartbeat". Dopamine just sounds like some throwaway track youd hear in an indy movie
