Why was Bad Enough not the single after Yasss Baby

Bad Enough already sounds great just from the performance - love that she's doing more runs and playing with her vocals a bit more.

for the night sounds WAY too much like Billie, could've sworn those background vocals were her

not sure why she insists on these filling her albums with these ballads when 1-2 would be enough especially for an album so short

ultimately the album didn't make much of an impression on me, a few cute songs here and there tho

she's still falling into the trap that Tate was in where they let their straight girl fanbase convince them to keep making mediocre ballads instead of letting them live their proper popstar potential. conan gray is in the same spot. I'm convinced she's being held back from being a star because we want more bops!!!

Tate is finally moving in that direction, i was hoping this album would be that for Madison but she still seems kinda stuck in that ballady sound (although this is much stronger than Sleeping Through The Songs)

One of my favorite albums ever immediately. Also best album of 2026, we can move on to 2027 at this point. this album was never meant to be full of 'yes baby's and Madison was always a more multilayered artist, so the disappointment is funny to me.

The tracklist is also perfect and I love how it's a complex(ity) story.

This one's for the girlies who get it.

this album is very underwhelming to me, as someone who loved all of her previous projects...

it seems like she got lost in the process of making this album and just threw Ariana/Billie kind of ballads on it and called it a day

love how angel wings sounds like something alina baraz would release, easily my fave song on here. for the night following it right after is such a buzzkill though. Talk about a cheap copy of Billie bossa nova

she needs to be less extreme when it comes to choosing genres

not everything has to be a boring piano ballad or a generic edm bop; murphy's law is my favorite thing to come out of this era because it's the perfect balance, she has the perfect voice for slightly electronic dark pop songs

the tracklist and flow on this album make 0 sense and it's so disappointing because life support was also very diverse but she managed to make it work with all the interludes

The singles really set me up to be disappointed

complexity and nothing at all she needs to do more drum & bass type songs

make you mine sounds so out of place on this album.

It's kinda boring no shade.

I thought she found a perfect sound with Home to Another One but she hasn't released anything else like it

ohhhh angel wings... graduations weddings funerals

she really needs to get out of this "lullaby" type phase sonically cause she just doesn't deliver it good.

EDM/club music seems to be a clear open lane for her but she needs a better team of producers first who could bring out the talent in her as a singer.

she has all this potential to be a dance/dark pop artist but persists on doing these mid-tempo wannabe altpop moments. we needed an album full of make you mine/15 minutes/yes baby

For The Night kinda took me out of the experience from how much it sounded like Billie

But overall a cute first listen. Complexity, Angel Wings, You're Still Everything, and Bad Enough are my initial favorites.

All the negative ATRL reviews and it's not even out. Going in with average expectations if I make it up till release time.
