Tonight I learned almost everything is connected to AWS. Huge outage going on worldwide from USA, Europe, Australia, etc. Alexa, Ring, Canva, Disney/Hulu, Roku TV, RobinHood, Chime, and hundreds of other apps are down.

 

What is going on???

I was wondering why I couldn't access so many things on Amazon and why my Alexa and ROKU TV stopped working  The live channels are all down

Amazon apparently has a monopoly on everything. I had no idea! If they go down, everything else goes down. People are reporting some banks are down too

I was on Diwali holiday for a week and this happened 

Had to join on call bridge

the amount of online trainings i had to do regarding AWS when i worked for Amazon for a short while. DESERVED

And atrl is still standing

I work with AWS and unfortunately this is happening 6 hours before I start working, damn it. 

Why does this barely ******* happen with Microsoft's servers for fucks sake

the most important AW still works

 

 

Oh please dear god let my job be affected, I work with AWS all day and I need today "off" to finish packing for a cross-country move 

Can Outlook be next
