Emancipation obviously but there are undoubtedly gems on einstein. For The Record & Side Effects are some of my fave Mariah deep cuts! 

E= is definitely better! Side Effects, Migrate, I stay in love, TFN, sooooo good

It's true. Emancipation is good, but it's a bit overrated. E=MC2 is a lot more fun.

Migrate would've gone #1. IBLULT as well had it been handled well, maybe SIL as well.

Bye Bye is not a very radio friendly single tbh

E=MC2 is just another level when it comes to her range in artistry. Side Effects is unlike anything in her discography and anything released today. It's a very plastic-y song but the emotional depth of it>>

This sounds absurdist at first but I like more songs on E=MC2.

You are right. Both albums have their fair share of highlights, but the album tracks on E=MC² are also generally stronger than the ones on Emancipation.

 

Also, Emancipation suffers from having Scream The Night and To The Floor on it.

not true but I do still love E=MC²! I just feel like Emancipation is skipless, but E=MC² is constantly underappreciated so I always need to give it its flowers!!

I do loooove I Wish You Well too, it's a worthy successor for Fly Like a Bird as a closing track  I also really love Cruise Control and wish it'd been a single!

Nah, she did it because she could. Her voice was on fire when started working on the album.

 

Einstein, on the other hand, didn't have that range. Her voice would pick up again on Memoirs.
