And from what I can understand...  it's probably for the better. 

That's basically her entire scene, and then she's supposedly getting hit by a car.

You can put all her "acting" roles from movies and TV together and they would barely add up to 15 minutes . I don't know why she does it to herself .

But hopefully we get a rustic humourous song out of this movie (since it's a comedy).
