This is extrmely offensive and disrespectful to the clown community. Please delete this post.

He’s an underrated reactor.

Carolina is growing on me. It is beautiful.

We should be getting the Amsterdam (previously known as Canterbury Glass) trailer soon. The film is coming November 4 and there’s normally a 3-4 month space between the premier and the first trailer.

I need an iconic song like Blank Space. I need Taylor back to Pop. 3 Taylor's pop albums are incredibly successful and timeless

NM: I think everything still felt pretty nascent. We had “Solid,” “Handle Me,” “No Idea,” “Silk,” and “What I Want,” so it was half-written. Then “Kind of Girl” came into the picture, and we all gravitated towards it so strongly. It just felt like such a tender and special moment that we activated pretty quickly to work on it. It felt really done really fast, because we were all passionate about it.

Part of why I was curious about that is it sounds like at this point, some of the big-picture ideas on the album, like about confidence and reflection, were coming together as well.

NM: Yeah. I think we had had some conversations like, yearning for a few sensitive moments on the album. All the songs that we had were pretty big energy songs and very confident, self-assured songs. It’s not to say that “Kind of Girl” isn’t that — I think it is, it’s just a different perspective. That one came at what will retrospectively feel like a pretty pivotal point for us. We wanted a kind of Swiftian, middle-of-the-album, heart-wrenching track. That kind of track-five moment.

It is track five on the album!

NM: It is, and that’s on purpose, for sure.

KG: [Laughs.]

MUNA, one of the best pop acts around, openly saying they wanted their own Swiftian track five. Glad we can add them to the list of Taylor’s children. :jonny5:

The fact that “Swiftian” is a known brand of lyricism and not just something critics say. :jonnycat:

The fact that other pop stars are iconic for their hair dye and fashion accessories, but Taylor is iconic for her heartwrenching track sequencings. :jonnycat:

I won’t go stir crazy until a year from Red TV release, anything before that is spoiled brattitude

The way she's all over the place with her announcements / releases is funny to me asdfghjkl :rip:

Since 2019:

Lover (announced June (iirc) and released in August) = 2 month wait.

folklore (announced on the same day) = no wait.

evermore (announced on the same day) = no wait.

Fearless TV (announced in February and released in April) = 2 month wait.

Red TV (announced in June and released in November) = 5 month wait ( :rip: wtf was with this omfggg)

And now CRICKETS, this ***** I swearrr

is it finally happening girlies?

Finally. Hopefully something will come in the upcoming 2 weeks.

:celestial:

There will be no further announcement. There will only be retirement.

I'm still obsessed with Carolina. I really hope that she stays in the folk/indie sounds for TS10, especially since it brings the best out of her songwriting abilities imo.

I would die if she managed to create an album that literally tells a story (preferably a horror story), where each song is a progression in the overall storyline, but could also be meaningful on their own. It seems like quite the challenge, but she's an amazing lyricist and I think she could pull it off.

She could even take the concept further and make a visual album out of it, which could be like a real horror movie.

I'm dreaming, but this would really be next level. :jonny5:

She's gotta be coming soon!

We've been saying this for months :toofunny2:

I can only assume that she’s a bit pressed that Karen tanked so let’s hope she’s rushing out that next project immediately… we did good girlies :foxaylove3:
