I'm not really sure what you are asking, but the TVs are counted as seperate albums in the US and almost everywhere. Germany and a few other places combine them with the stolen versions

 

 

How does Enchanted TV fit into that? It wouldnt have made stolen Speak Now chart if that is the thinking
