She's not wrong. Katy Perry continues her yearly panning rituals well into 2025.

Are people really this dumb? Do they actually think that any of these resources that are funded by a private company would go to fighting poverty or finding a cure for cancer? For universal healthcare? This isn't NASA. 

 

We consume and interact with businesses daily that do more harm than good, yet people don't even blink about it. So many resources are used to make things we dont need. Should I say something like, " F*ck you Mattel! Why aren't you using the resources you use to make dolls and toys to help us!!!" It's so misguided and why the morally correct side cant fight the right wing nut jobs. 

 

I dont need disordered eating Barbie telling me what's wasteful from her Manhattan penthouse thank you.

Anybody who associates with Jeff Bezos and his cruel vile ways of life deserves whatever comes their way. 

 

There are amazon workers who work overtime with minimum payments, no vacation days and other terrible conditions. Meanwhile instead of improving the conditions of the workers who help make him insanely rich he's sending his celluloid lover and a former successful pop star who doesn't know math is related to science on a 10 minute trip to the stratosphere 

 

Dumb and talentless Katy Perry has never been able to read the room. She should take the L and go back to perform in unsold out Vegas shows on top of a giant fake toilet 

Would've made more sense coming from someone that's not always on a plane to go watch a fashion show on the other side of the globe, you're also part of the problem Emily

This is exactly it. The insane number of crazy, destructive things I see happening daily, oftentimes fueled by the upper echelons of the social ladder, and THIS is what's getting so much outrage?

Would they? Absolutely not. Should they? Yes.

 

People are allowed to be annoyed at private companies hoarding insane amounts of wealth and then pissing it on pointless vanity projects. The main thing I'm taking from this is Amazon and all of Jeff's other ventures aren't taxed enough.

Her job requires her to jet hop all around the world multiple times in a year. She is no better to call out someone else's "stink" when she's just as stinky.

Where is the energy for the 9 other successful flights prior to this? But people love to have their think pieces about the first all-female flight. It's a woman's world indeed

I fully agree about taxing and providing for your own employees, but thats not even what these people are asking for. They want THESE resources used for things our government should be providing. If the money wasn't being used for this, it would just be hoarded in a bank or used to buy another yacht, not your healthcare. I don't understand how people (who claim to be smarter and have better judgement than half of the country) can be this stupid. It's the epitome of the judgement liberal who can't seem convince others why they are right. They learned absolutely nothing from the last election.
