Wait, this is actually true. 

No because at the very least Miley and ed are still respected in a way Katy isn't. They have both released critically acclaimed Grammy winning projects at some point in their careers , Katy hasn't. And ed is still selling out stadiums regardless of how his music does.

i feel like katy is further along the line than the others. miley is, as pointed out, trying to do something interesting and i can imagine her having another hit era at some point if not this one because of that but sheeran is really running out of road now

Take Miley out of that asylum. She's flopping but she's released something new and acclaimed. She's recently got her GRAMMYs too! 

 

Ed Sheeran will continue to release generic music hoping the public will latch on, but he's released acclaimed songs and will continue to be top touring artist.

Miley's career has always been a bipolar up and down line meanwhile for Ed and Katy it is likely downhill from where they are. Miley always shows back up with a hit after a flop.

No. Miley recently had a total mega-smash and has reached a new level level of respect in her career as seen in her Grammy wins. Ed had 2 big hits with = which was his last commercial pop record, Eyes Closed was a moderate success, and he continues to sell out stadiums with ease. Katy is mega-panned and hasn't had a proper hit bar Feels in over a decade.

Katy is already at the Mariana Trench, Miley is  6 feet under, and Ed Sheeran is comfortable in his cruise.
