Walk Of Fame, Every Girl... and Reborn is the trinity of this album!!!!!!! I wasn't expecting this dance bops!!!!!!

A really cohesive playlist could be made between Endless Summer Vacation and this album!!

This is soooooo good! Truly the album she was always meant to make 

 

I looove how it's so rich in production, has clear influences from so many different eras of music, and is just the PERFECT balance between giving us pop ear worms and uniqueness   And all the songs being so long and getting room to breathe, ugh, take notes, everybody!!

 

Do NOT understand why this is getting such mixed reviews from critics, craaazy 

Every Girl You Ever Loved is a 10/10. She really said bring the symphony and give the gays everything they want. 
 

The rest can low key go in the trash tbh 

What I've learned over the years reading reviews is that an artist as versatile as Miley will never have a universally acclaimed album. Half of her audience wants a dirty, ambitious heavy sound while the other half opts for more minimalist pop. We see this with critics flipping their scores between ESV and SB...as I've said she'll never win but that's alright because this has always been Miley's brand

Just finished listening and it's a great record. It sounds very cohesive, fun and I love that it kind of follows a theme and concept. She used a lot of interesting sounds in some tracks. 
 

Love it overall. I think the biggest standout for me on first listening was Reborn and the Prelude. Also the Naomi Campbell collab was a whole serve.

This album f****** knocks. The highs are HIGH. Reborn one of the best songs of her career likeeeeeee 

I'm just so impressed. I've liked pretty much every album she's dropped (and that includes Younger Now especially! But I'm also a Joanne stan and a Golden stan so it was right up my alley), but the past three albums she has dropped have just been so superior in quality.

Not a single skip on the album she really made a perfect record 

I love this. It's like Dead Petz's polished sister (complimentary; I love Dead Petz)

In a world of minimalist music crafted for tiktok virality, I think we can find much appreciation in artists like Gaga and Miley who continue to push the boundaries of pop music

I was looking forward to this. But honestly, it was really boring. Maybe the film will make the songs better 

critics giving this a 40 and rating Morgan Wallen’s album higher  COMEDY.

Reborn sounds like it could be on a sexy perfume commercial

It's okay.  It's certainly not experimental, I was expecting more sounds along "Something Beautiful" but instead it just gives contemporary twist on ABBA and 80's. It's very cinematic but it just doesn't stand out.

This is easily her best album to date for me. I am loving the vibe she went with, production-wise, for this album and it really lives up to its name: Something Beautiful.

Idk how I feel about this. This album isn't experimental nor is it trendy either, it's just kind of there. Miley isn't saying anything interesting and the concept isn't hitting for me. I didn't love half the songs on ESV but the concept and execution was there despite it not being my personal taste. I probably need more time with this. 

i think this is an album ill revisit in a few years and fall in love with

 

i do like golden burning sun, walk of fame, and every girl you ever loved 

not sure if this tops Plastique Hearts for me

but it's definitely up there with her best
