She gets on my nerves this era like never before but wow, musically this is still objectively the best pop album released this year by a long shot  gorgeous melodies, gorgeous productions, gorgeous instrumentals, gorgeous vocals

I wish instead of the film she focused on 4-5 songs and gave them big videos. The Reborn video was easily the best one. Fit the song super well and was sooo visually exciting.

Anyway why is Slide Away on She Is Coming on my AM? I thought Slide Away was just a one off single? Or did it come out before SIC and was there on release or was it added on later?

I finally watched the film on Hulu brilliant 

 

I'm convinced if she dropped the album cover with pre orders on a Monday. 
 

Release that Friday & dropped the movie two weeks after that she would have smashed! 
 

But the delay of pretty much everything killed this era. The album needs to be listened too in oneone session not cut up. 
 

When will theses old tired label heads get that delaying doesn't work anymore. 

I know this is a dumb theory but i wonder if working with the problematic naomi campbell cursed the era

Well at least she decide to promote this week.... Im impress usually Miley completly ignore the album after 1 week of release, so that's good!

this album grew on me like crazy!! def in my top 3 AOTYs
i don't even remember the last album that clicked the best when listening in full, yes i do have favs on this one but i'm excited to just play it again from start to end, it's really an experience good job Miley!

I listened to it every day the last week and surely the next one too

I love her interviews. She's so honest and she opens up about many thing about her current and past music. Can't believe people are hating her for saying..nothing bad actually.

When she was asked about the tour her answer is well spoken and completely rational.

Any news about the deluxe? I'm beginning to fear it's been scrapped, I can't imagine they're playing any sort of long game with this album campaign given the numbers

Tooooo be fair, back when that one reliable insider was still around he said the deluxe was planned for a release between July and August, so there's still hope for like... 6 weeks I guess

Do you remember which insider said that?

 

I hope they're right, this is quite possibly my favorite Miley album and the idea of the Something Beautiful universe being expanded is so exciting to me
