And yet the same woman who also has won AOTY FOUR TIMES (!!) envokes this type of reaction from her fans:

I'm ok if she doesn't win AOTY this year. TTPD deserves it more than Midnights though. I was honestly surprised when MID won.

Not really. The feud has been there since the release of BRAT, with it receiving so much acclaim unlike TTPD which made swifties mad/jealous and also fans of other artists (not necessarily Charli fans only) used the success of BRAT to get back at Taylor/swifties. There's also this thing that was mostly on brazilian twitter i think but Charli herself acknowleged it so it was kinda big which was the "TAYLOR SWIFT IS DEAD" chant that her fans were doing during her fan parties and obviously swifties didn't like that either. I'm sure there's more to it but this is what I remember rn.

Swifties are satisfied. Most of us are numb to Taylor's achievements because she has so many so we stopped caring about them.

 

Most of us just care about getting new music

It's so tiring to see the same "she's a capitalist monster" narrative when Beyonce, Gaga, Rihanna, Katy, Selena, Ariana (insert "peer" here), all actually run and manage literal corporations. Taylor is the only person in history that became a billionaire from revenue directly related to her music career. If Taylor is a greedy capitalist, I shudder to think what y'all think about your faves. Trust and believe, if Taylor wanted to sell makeup or clothes she'd be a billionaire many times over. 

 

OT: She has the drive. Swifties have the drive. We believe in her talent and her ability to have the biggest career of all time. So far, it's worked out for all parties involved

Come back when any Taylor Swift fan goes in real life with a "bully a charli xcx fan" shirt or start chanting "charli xcx is dead" at a themed party or concert.
