Are you aware of the environmental impact it has?
Just read an article citing SHEIN as the biggest polluter in fast-fashion.

One market analysis found that 44 percent of Gen Zers in the United States buy at least one item from Shein every month.

According to the company's sustainability report, Shein emitted 16.7 million total metric tons of carbon dioxide in 2023 — more than what four coal power plants spew out in a year. The company has also come under fire for textile waste, high levels of microplastic pollution, and exploitative labor practices. According to the report, polyester — a synthetic textile known for shedding microplastics into the environment — makes up 76 percent of its total fabrics, and only 6 percent of that polyester is recycled.

And a recent investigation found that factory workers at Shein suppliers regularly work 75-hour weeks, over a year after the company pledged to improve working conditions within its supply chain.

yes I brought so many cute dresses, card holders for my hyunjin bias cards to take everywhere with me and a cute bag to put my card holders on

its actually one of the cheaper sites that actually sell decent stuff

Not for clothes but I do buy my kpop supplies on it...

ive done 2 orders on there in my life and i told them they never arrived and got a refund :heart2:

Not since I saw those videos of insects being a surprise gift with the packages...no thank you! My broke ass will stick with Temu if I need a cheap Chinese knockoff.

No TEMU, SHEIN, or AliExpress in this household. If you're financially able to avoid those, you should. Terrible for the environment, terrible quality that won't last long, and guaranteed to have been made under terrible conditions. Actually can't believe it's even allowed to be imported in many countries.

No. I do use Aliexpress for smaller stuff cause it's way cheaper and basically the same product :rip:

Clothes i buy in quality places. I don't mess with clothes

i used to like 4 years ago when it was popular but not anymore tbh

No, never have and never will. Not only is the quality **** but the clothing has been tested and shown to have high levels of lead and other poisonous chemicals. They're also using forced labour from Uyghur concentration camps.

Yessss and i love it! I always find what i need in terms of props or household items or random cute things

I don't want no damn scorpions arriving with my parcels, no thank you

once back in 2022

the quality of their clothes are awful and you can tell when someone's wearing that cheap ass ****

i think i did once when i was looking for cheap props for a drag performance but that was like 2 years ago

even the website looks cheap asf, i'm grateful i can afford NOT to shop there :rip:

Never have or will. The only fast fashion I partake in is Brandy Melville

I don't think I've ever even visited their website. Same with Temu, so if anyone from Temu is reading this, your constant ads are NOT working so leave me alone.

Not really. I tried it and then realized that it works best for women than it does for men.

Nah, I could and would never. I only get my clothes from the store I work at or Highsnobiety these days. Shein, Temu and AliExpress are not for me.
