So NJ says their contract with ADOR is done cause of contract violations, ADOR says uh actually the contract is still valid, and now they're in a legal battle. 
 

I feel as though NJ doesn't have enough evidence and are hoping the gp support is what will get them a win. Unless of course they have evidence that has yet to be revealed.
