K-pop Thread: aespa drops new solos, slay as usual
As long as it's Rami (which it's not gonna be) and not Ella from MEOVV I'm in. but I'd be surprised if it's anyone from BM. YG seems to focus more on Asia for them

BEP has been in the trenches for quite some time now even more so after one of them left and I'm pretty sure the creative differences have been there long before. It's no coincidence that StayCs music has been garbage since teddy bear and Unchild debut was crickets.

XG - "Depends"
I have the same problem with them. Not only the album, I also didn't feel their second mini that much. It had good songs but no standouts.

ALLDAY PROJECT - 'CRASH'
The first mini was bad especially the subunit songs. We need more songs like famous. Their last title sounded like a nusery rhyme. More songs like famous please. Also Tarzan needs to get a less prominent role in the songs
- Why is Demi's It's Not That Deep era so underrated?

Her first good song in like forever is coming. Thank god she left Woolim. Are the lights still on over there? Didn't everyone leave?

ADÉLA - "Ain't in LA"
I still believe that KGB will pick up streams over time once she has gotten more listeners and people start to check out her whole discography. It's still no 2 on her Spotify .

ADÉLA - "Ain't in LA"
This climbing just before the album release is perfect l. Hoping the album release will give this another push. Also happy that Capitol isn't holding the album back to wait for a hit

I'm surprised there aren't any big ones. There is only the Spotify one which doesn not have any classics or known artists. I don't get it

What is OURBIRTHDAY's concept supposed to be? From the videos released so far it seems they focus on dance and performance? What the hell is that music tho? Katseye doing 160k first week was not on my bingo card Pretty sure they will drop an album next year. It's also gonna be their 3rd year. Common for Kpop companies to release a full album then

KATSEYE - "Hootie Frutti"
Can't wait for the Kids Bop version called Tootie Frootie Didn't like any of their songs since their debut EP but this one is a bop

Yes her position has always been center but the scandal really hurt her popularity and SM reacted. During her scandal she received less screen time, bookings and also during Korea she had less center time. Her

HDD: Katseye #1 169k, Phoebe Bridgers #2 111k, Stray Kids #3 74k
why are so many people surprised Katseye are not releasing an album? It's standard without Kpop companies to focus on EPs. Going number one is also not crazy because multiple acts like Stay Kidz have gone number one with an EP. However I did not expect the increase in sales. Basically shows the company that all the PR stunts are working.

It's crazy how Irene went from being the star of Red Velvet to basically being ignored, not even put into center positions, less screen time in videos to being the biggest soloist and receiving lots of promotion again. Good for her.
