Taylor is outstreaming SZA, why?

 

Stupid question, it's obvious people are streaming Taylor's entire catalog instead of one album.

Perhaps because there are more streams being accumulated for the album SOS, by SZA, than there are for the album TTPD, by Taylor Swift.

 

Now that we've cleared that up, can we applaud two of the most talented and gifted female songwriters in mainstream music right now?  My props to Taylor & Solana!

Just like that one Dua outstreams Beyoncé thread, these are two artists from entirely different times & career statuses, so that's why.

Taylor, always the standard… 

 

Don't forget it also surpassed Beyonce's last album, Cowboy Carter (not that hard since it's barely doing 1.5M streams daily), it also surpassed Charli xcx's BRAT's daily streams…

After some time after release the main source of streams from a album are from (successful) singles. TTPD had Fortnite but nothing else really sticked with the GP, while SOS has numerous hits that still pull insane daily streams and already withstand the test of time (Kill Bill alone still gets 2+ million daily)

 

So yeah I'm not surprised, cause it was bound to happen.
