this is a good album, a lil chaotic but that's the point; Lifestyle probably would have been a single if they didn't happen to snatch up Born Again for her.
 

Definitely should have took a little bit more time to arrange the track list tho. There's some bops on here but it's a shame they'll fall to being deep cuts; Born Again being the radio single and Fxck Up the World being the streaming single. Wonder what song she'd choose to promote for performances 

 

think if they have one more video, it'll be When I'm With You  they both slid on this hit

 

 

It's fine. New Woman is easily the best song on here, however Elastigirl, When I'm With You & Lifestyle are also good. If anything, this kind of reminds me of the PCD albums which were always a bit all over the place. I do hope she can get a hit, since I feel like she's an interesting pop star in today's climate. Almost like a mix of Tate McRae and Doja Cat.

Many here are very hard on Lisa, she said a thousand times that she wanted to experiment to find her sound and style, and she did it alone with her new company, and after having zero freedom her entire career with YG... so let her experiment, have fun, make mistakes and go crazy, she has a lot of future and talent.

 

This is just the beginning and she did very well 

Lifestyle is a hit waiting to happen, Blinks and Lisards will eat it up on streaming

rapunzel is meh… meg did her thing and Lisa last 30ish sec ate but everything else is not great

 

futw is genuinely really good, Lisa did her big one. 
 

elastigirl is good lol didn't expect to like it

 

moonlit floor and rockstar are the worst songs on the album imo

 

Lisas vocals are to quiet on thunder

Unfortunately Megan and Future add nothing to the songs they're featured in. Megan's verse definitely fits in more though. FUTW's video is... A choice but she's forgiven since she's served excellence up to this point!

 

Also I don't know how to explain but the chorus/hook of Chill sounds like something that would be viral on TikTok. Like, someone make a c*nty choreo stat because I'm sure people would eat. it. up.

I can differentiate the 'hard' rap songs from the pop stuff but other than that…

It's an overall solid album, there are some obvious 'album' tracks included for the 'body' of the album and not because they can be served as a single if you get what I mean. But  it's a solid basis to built off for the future.
