I've got a Bachelor's in Production Engineering, and I'm almost done with my Master's in GBM

I have a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in political science. I originally planned on doing a gap year then going to graduate school, but COVID got in the way and since then I've never had any plans in the near future to pursue higher education. Part of it also has to do with the fact that I still don't know necessarily what I want to pursue in grad school, and I don't want to invest time and money into master's degree and then suddenly realize I don't want to do it.

There's also an issue I've noticed with some of my friends from college where they would go do a master's but still struggle to find work afterwards, so in the meantime I'm planning on getting some more work experience first and maybe doing grad school sometime in my thirties.

I got my IT bachelor when the Financial Crisis begun and I went back to college like this:

So I ended up with Master of Science in Engineering Technology and did the additional math semester (the other engineers didn't have to do) because of electronics.

I'm doing my undergraduate in Modern History with Economics; in my final year now. I want to do a Master's afterwards, but I'm going to take a gap year after I finish and hopefully go to Hong Kong to do some teaching.

Masters degree in social work

I'm also fully licensed for social work, but I'm doing my hours right now so I can get licensed as a clinical social worker. The process is so ******* long I'm so glad I did grad school right after college. My clients are always surprised their therapist is so young :gaycat1:

The worst part is that I'm highly rational and capable in real life, but when it comes to discussing popular culture and politics (or anything else here or elsewhere on the internet), I lose all of my wits and become just a messy f-slur :clack:

And that's the duality of life. Smart a*s by day, messy b*tch by night. :clack:
