Xtina's is hit or miss since about 06 as well. It's like she'll release legendary bop and then a fart in audio form 

Taylor's gotten better about it (sometimes) but throughout her career she's tended to release the weakest songs as singles

I'd say Taylor, she's the biggest pop star in the world right now and yet, her music is bland. That's my opinion.
