twice because I'm at work during lunch time, 3 times if I'm home/if I can. 

2x per day in the morning and before bed. sometimes 3x after i eat certain meals to keep that fresh feeling.

When I wake up and before I go to bed, so two.

 

Three times if I leave the house, come home and then have to leave the house again.

Always 3 times a day. After breakfast, after lunch, before going to bed. 

During the weekend it's usually 4 times a day cuz i always go out during the night to a bar, to eat with friends, to a date, etc etc 

So it's after breakfast, after lunch, before going out at night and before going to bed.

One very thorough brushing at night, but I'm very big on mouthwash, which I use after every meal and when I get up

Never had a complaint from the dentist and never had a cavity at 28 so
