Don't know if it's really true cause I'm not following charts but a few posters here said that's the reason her streams drop when Taylor releases new music.

The song has been available to fans since Sept 2023 because it was a vinyl bonus track, so it was easy to get a hold of her all her diehard fans.

I think people are just tired of the pop rock sound she's been doing. A shame since Obsessed is probably the best single of the era. I think it should've been the second single instead of Bad Idea Right

Some songs just don't smash. It's not that deep.

olivia has already experience superstardom and the charts. SOUR was monumental. she has nothing left to prove and doesn't care about the Top 40 anymore. as an artist she's now just doing whatever she wants, which is experimental rock.

She is about arts, not charts, unlike „sleeping golden retriever" artist, who is Chart obsessed and spams with 31 songs. 

It's in the same vein as the other upbeat singles from GUTS and those flopped so idk why this one wouldn't (when it's not even that good)

People may just get tired of her pop rock style.I think it's time for her to try folk/country like can't catch me now and stranger.

 GUTS is still doing fine though.  Spotify is showing US #6 and Worldwide #7.  Is there a problem ?

Someone pointed out that the backbone of her fanbase and general support is constructed of mainly Taylor fans and I find it kinda interesting  her choice of completely ignoring Taylor post-2021 was probably detrimental to her?

   I agree it probably did hurt her and yet she is still here...

I think the GP is tired of the pop-rock sound. BIR underperformed, GHB underperformed... 

Idk tbh I love the song and while it's not something "new" for her, it's a lot better than GHB. 

I think Olivia needs to take a break and re-invent herself. The constant cycle of releasing a new song every few months then having a big first week on radio and peaking less than a month in, all while posting mediocre numbers on streaming, isn't really helping her career.
